Noel Pond-Danchik
Noel is a Transportation Planner for Oakland’s Department of Transportation (OakDOT) and staff to the BPAC. She has been at OakDOT since 2017. In addition to staffing the commission, she works on the implementation of the 2017 adopted Oakland Pedestrian Plan—making walking & rolling in Oakland safer, more accessible, and more fun. She currently also co-chair’s OakDOT’s Racial Equity Team.
