| 3 | 3:55 | 14th Street Corridor Safety Project (45 minutes) Jesse Boudart & Jane Mei, Oakland DOT. The 14th Street Corridor Safety Project intends to curtail aggressive driving, excessive speeds, and improve safety between Mandela Parkway and I-980. This project will reduce extra vehicle travel lanes, create better conditions for people biking, and install select intersection treatments such as pedestrian crossing beacons and hardened centerlines to help people walking cross 14th Street. | ||
| 4 | 4:25 | ACTC San Pablo Ave Bus & Bike Lanes Project – Design Review (45 minutes) Colin Dentel-Post & Aleida Andrino-Chavez, Alameda CTC. A further design review of the project with Alameda CTC staff, following up on the June 20, 2024, bike/walk commission discussion. The Project would create dedicated bus lanes, new curb-protected bike lanes, and safer street crossings for people walking and biking along San Pablo Avenue between Heinz Avenue in South Berkeley and Downtown Oakland. | ||
