At the November 7, 2024 BPAC Infrastructure Committee meeting, Cathy DeLuca, Oakland DOT staff, provided an update on the Upper Telegraph Avenue Complete Streets Project (52nd St to Woolsey St), including information on the decision to move forward with a 4-to-3 Lane Road Diet design alternative.
