Members of the public may comment on any issue within BPAC Infrastructure Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Comments on a scheduled agenda item will be heard with that item. To request City services, please contact the City of Oakland Call Center (311).
33:5018th Street AHSC Project (20 minutes)
Oakland DOT staff will provide an introductory presentation on a planned corridor project along 18th Street in West Oakland. This project is funded by a state Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) grant and includes repaving, railroad track removal, a road diet, pedestrian safety islands, buffered bike lanes, and other potential elements.
44:10East Bay Greenway – Oakland North Segment Review (60 minutes)
Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC) staff will provide an update and design review for the East Bay Greenway project‘s Oakland North (Lake Merritt to Fruitvale) segment. A follow-up conversation will be scheduled at the March 2026 meeting for the Oakland South (54th Ave to San Leandro) segment. View excerpts of the plan.
