| 3 | 3:50 | 18th Street AHSC Project Design Review (30 minutes) Oakland DOT staff will provide an update and design review for a planned corridor project along 18th Street in West Oakland, following the introductory presentation at the January 2026 meeting. This project is funded by a state Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) grant and includes repaving, railroad track removal, a road diet, pedestrian safety islands, buffered bike lanes, and other potential elements. | ||
